01.A minimum 1 month contract fee applies and commences upon sign-up.

01.New Clinic Set-up Fee: $250 (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees)
This is a once off fee per clinic with one Call Log Account setup. If one Call Log Account is shared within a group of practices then only 1 set up fee applies.
02.Re-engagement Fee: $250 (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees)
For clinics rejoining the VetCheck 24/7 service. (i.e. clinics that opt-out to VetCheck 24/7 then restart at a later date).
03.Base Monthly Fee: $495 (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees).
04.Per Call Log Charges. You only pay for the number of calls taken on your behalf.
$39 (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees) outside of your normal weekday clinic operating hours.
$19.50 (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees) during your normal weekday clinic operating hours.
05.Vet Call Out Processing Fee: $30 (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees).
If VetCheck 24/7 takes payments on your behalf for after hours vet call outs, we will charge your client $30 (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees) on top of your stated fee.
06.The VetCheck 24/7 service also includes the use of the Medechat Telehealth Platform for your practice.
01.Additional Clinic Fee - Same Practice Ownership: $0
There is no additional charge for clinics within the same ownership/organisation sharing the one Call Log Account and after hours roster.
02.Additional Clinic Fee - Different Practice Ownership: $275 (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees).
This Fee applies to additional clinics that are not within the same ownership/organisation sharing the one Call Log Account and after hours roster. i.e. $495 + $275 per extra separately owned clinic.
Please note: All clinics requiring a separate Call Log Account will be charged the $495 (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees) base rate.
01.IVA and Censational Members receive $50 per month off the base rate only ($445 per month inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees).
02.Does not apply in bundled groups where not all members of the bundled group are buying group members.
01.There is no additional set-up fee or monthly fee for the Medechat Platform if you are also onboarding the VetCheck 24/7 service.
02.If you are onboarding the Medechat platform only there is an initial set-up fee of $165 (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees).
03.A reactivation fee of $165 (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees) replaces the set-up fee for clinics rejoining the the Medechat Platform only.
04.If you are onboarding the Medechat platform only there is a monthly fee of $275 (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees).
05.Video Consultation Fee: There is a fee of $5.95 (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees) per Medechat video consultation.
06.Prescription Fees: There is a fee of $2.95 (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees) per script created and charged to a client.
07.The Medechat monthly fee includes 20 hours of video time per month.
08.Excess video fees over 20 hours usage per month are charged at $11 (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees) per hour.

01.All payments to VetCheck Pty Ltd are to be paid monthly and will be billed on the 1st of every month.
02.All payments to VetCheck Pty Ltd are made by credit card, direct debit or from your bank account through our preferred payment provider.
03.Fees collected from your clients on your behalf for after hours vet call outs will be paid directly into your Stripe account.
Vetcheck 24/7 really helps us sleep better at night. We used to get a lot of calls to our emergency mobile at all hours of the night or weekend with people just wanting general advice about non urgent issues. Since taking on our after hours calls, Vetcheck 24/7 has filtered all of these things out by taking all the calls and providing that advice. The customers are happy because they get their answers and our vet can focus on the things she needs to. We now know if the emergency phone rings it is a genuine emergency.
