01.A minimum 1 month contract fee applies and commences upon sign-up.

01.There is an initial set-up fee of $850 (includes 10% gst + 2% payment and processing).
02.Monthly Fee: May 1 - October 31 for the VetCheck 24/7 service is $1,950 (includes 10% gst + 2% payment and processing).
03.Monthly Fee: November 1 - April 30 for the VetCheck 24/7 service is $2,925 (includes 10% gst + 2% payment and processing).
04.The VetCheck 24/7 monthly fee includes up to 100 calls per month.
05.Excess calls over 100 are charged at $285 (includes 10% gst + 2% payment and processing fee) per every additional 50 calls
06.Vet Call Out Processing Fee: If VetCheck 24/7 takes payments on your behalf for after hours vet call outs, we will charge your client an additional $30 (includes 10% gst + 2% payment and processing) on top of your stated fee.
07.The VetCheck 24/7 service also includes the use of the Medechat Telehealth Platform for your practice.
01.There is no additional set-up fee or monthly fee for the Medechat Platform if you are also onboarding the VetCheck 24/7 service.
02.If you are onboarding the Medechat platform only there is an initial set-up fee of $170 (includes 10% gst + 2% payment and processing fee).
03.If you are onboarding the Medechat platform only there is a monthly fee of $170 (includes 10% gst + 2% payment and processing fee).
04.Video Consultation Fee: There is a fee of $6.70 (includes 10% gst + 2% payment and processing fee) per Medechat video consultation.
05.Prescription Fees: There is a fee of $3.30 (includes 10% gst + 2% payment and processing fee) per script created and charged to a client.
06.The Medechat monthly fee includes 20 hours of video time per month.
07.Excess video fees over 20 hours usage are charged at $6.70 (includes 10% gst + 2% payment and processing fee) per hour.
01.All payments to VetCheck Pty Ltd are made by credit card, direct debit or from your bank account through our preferred payment provider.
02.Fees can be paid weekly or monthly. Please indicate your preference on sign-up.
03.Fees collected from your clients on your behalf for after hours vet call outs will be paid directly into your Stripe account.
