Contract Period
01. A minimum 1 month contract fee applies and commences upon sign-up.
02. Opt out penalty free if notice is given before the end of the month.
03. No refund will be given after the monthly fee has been deducted.
New Clinic Set-up Fee
01. New Clinic Set-up Fee: $275 (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees)
This is a once off fee per clinic call log account setup. If one call log account is shared within a group of clinics then only one set up fee applies.
02. Re-engagement Fee: $275 (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees)
For clinics rejoining the VetCheck 24/7 service. (i.e. clinics that opt-out to VetCheck 24/7 then restart at a later date).
VetCheck 24/7 with After Hours Service (Clinic pays call log fees)
01. Call log fee $39 per call paid by the clinic (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees).
You only pay for the number of calls taken on your behalf.
02. Monthly Access Fee: $550 (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees).
SAVE 20% by paying the Access Fee annually at $5,280 (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees).
03. There is an additional $110 per month access fee for every non-associated clinic on the same account.
04. VetCheck 24/7 with After Hours Service include:
• $50 off per month for VetFamily & Censational members and clients with 4+ clinics on separate accounts within the same group of owned clinics.
• Access to VetCheck 24/7 Rewards for all staff
• 4 FREE calls to VetMentor 24/7 (1300 838 999) per month then $69 per call thereafter
• Free Medechat telehealth platform for your clinic
• Dedicated Clinic Support Manager
VetCheck 24/7 with NO After Hours Service (Clinic pays call log fees)

01. Call log fee $49 per call paid by pet owner (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees).
02. Monthly Access Fee: $110 (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees).
03. There is an additional $110 per month access fee for every non-associated clinic on the same account.
04. VetCheck 24/7 with After Hours Service include:
• $3 per call log credited to your account, paid out to your payment method or donated to a veterinary charity.

VetCheck 24/7 with NO After Hours Service (Pet Owner pays call log fees)
01. Call log fee $49 per call paid by pet owner (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees).
02. Monthly Access Fee: $55 (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees).
03. There is an additional $55 per month access fee for every non-associated clinic on the same account.
04. VetCheck 24/7 with NO After Hours Service include:
• $3 per call log credited to your account, paid out to your payment method or donated to a veterinary charity.
• Access to VetCheck 24/7 Rewards for all staff
• 4 FREE calls to VetMentor 24/7 (1300 838 999) per month then $69 per call thereafter
• Passive clinic income (>19 call logs per month)
After Hours Vet Call-out Pre-payment Collection Fees
01. If VetCheck 24/7 takes payments on your behalf for after hours vet call outs, we will charge your client the following (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees) on top of your stated fee.
• $500 Call-out Fee $30
• $751 - $1,000 Call-out Fee $40
• $501 - $750 Call-out Fee $35
• $1001 - $1,250 Call-out Fee $45
After Hours Medechat Vet Consult
01. $120 (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees) paid by pet owner prior to consult.
Medechat Telehealth Platform
01. There is no additional set-up fee or monthly fee for the Medechat Platform if you are also onboarding the VetCheck 24/7 service.
02. If you are onboarding the Medechat platform only there is an initial set-up fee of $165 (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees).
03. A reactivation fee of $165 (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees) replaces the set-up fee for clinics rejoining the the Medechat Platform only.
04. If you are onboarding the Medechat platform only there is a monthly fee of $275 (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees).
05. Video Consultation Fee: There is a fee of $5.95 (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees) per Medechat video consultation.
06. Prescription Fees: There is a fee of $2.95 (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees) per script created and charged to a client.
07. The Medechat monthly fee includes 20 hours of video time per month.
08. Excess video fees over 20 hours usage per month are charged at $11 (inclusive of 10% gst and merchant fees) per hour.
Payments
01. All payments to VetCheck Pty Ltd are to be paid monthly (unless paying annually) and will be billed on the 1st of every month.
02. All payments to VetCheck Pty Ltd are made by credit card, direct debit or from your bank account through our preferred payment provider.
03. Fees collected from your clients on your behalf for after hours vet call outs will be paid directly into your Stripe account.
