01.A minimum 1 month contract fee applies and commences upon sign-up.

01.New Clinic Set-up Fee: $850 (inc. 10% gst)*
This is a once off fee per clinic with one Call Log Account setup. If one Call Log Account is shared within a group of practices then only 1 set up fee applies.
02.Re-establishment Fee: $550 (inc. 10% gst)*
This replaces the set-up fee for clinics rejoining the VetCheck 24/7 service. (i.e. clinics that opt-out to VetCheck 24/7 then restart at a later date).
03.Base Monthly Fee: $925 (inc. 10% gst)* which includes the first 25 calls per month (not rolled over if unused).
04.Additional Monthly Fees: ADD $499 per month (inc. 10% gst)* for every additional 20 calls, or part thereof, per clinic.

05.Vet Call Out Processing Fee: $30 (inc. 10% gst)*
If VetCheck 24/7 takes payments on your behalf for after hours vet call outs, we will charge your client $30 (inc. 10% gst)* on top of your stated fee.
06.Calls diverted during clinic hours on weekdays will only count as half a call towards your monthly total. Does not apply to public holidays.
07.The VetCheck 24/7 service also includes the use of the Medechat Telehealth Platform for your practice.
01.Additional Clinic Fee - Same Practice Ownership: $0
There is no additional charge for clinics within the same ownership/organisation sharing the one Call Log Account and after hours roster (grouped). 25 included calls in the base rate still applies.
02.Additional Clinic Fee - Different Practice Ownership: $275 (inc. 10% gst)*
This Fee applies to additional clinics that are not within the same ownership/organisation sharing the one Call Log Account and after hours roster (grouped). The additional clinics receive an extra 10 calls per clinic on top of the 25 included calls in the base rate.
Please note: All clinics requiring a separate Call Log Account will be charged the $925 (inc. 10% gst)* base rate.
01.Clinics all with their own Call Log Account but sharing an after hours roster can pool their call entitlements.
3 clinics in the same geographical location with separate Call Log Accounts but sharing an after hours roster would pay $925 per month (inc. 10% gst)* each but would be entitled to up to 75 calls per month across the 3 clinics before excess call charges would apply.
02.Clinics sharing a Call Log Account that are part of the same organisation cannot pool their entitlements.
3 clinics that share one Call Log Account in a geographical area owned by the same organisation would pay only one base rate of $925 per month (inc. 10% gst)* and would have only 25 calls included in the entitlement across the 3 clinics with extra call charges applying over 25 calls per month.
03.Clinics sharing a Call Log Account and after hours roster that are not part of the same organisation can pool their entitlements.
3 clinics that share one Call Log Account and after hours roster in a geographical area and are not part of the same organisation would pay only one base rate of $925 per month (inc. 10% gst)* plus 2 x $275 per month (inc. 10% gst)* and would have only 45 calls included in the entitlement across the 3 clinics with extra call charges applying over 45 calls per month.
01.IVA and Censational Members receive $50 per month (inc. 10% gst) off the base rate only ($875 per month inc. 10% gst*)
02.Does not apply in bundled groups where not all members of the bundled group are buying group members.
01.There is no additional set-up fee or monthly fee for the Medechat Platform if you are also onboarding the VetCheck 24/7 service.
02.If you are onboarding the Medechat platform only there is an initial set-up fee of $550 (inc. 10% gst)*.
03.A reactivation fee of $220 (inc. 10% gst)* replaces the set-up fee for clinics rejoining the the Medechat Platform only.
04.If you are onboarding the Medechat platform only there is a monthly fee of $275 (inc. 10% gst)*.
05.Video Consultation Fee: There is a fee of $5.95 (inc 10% gst)* per Medechat video consultation.
06.Prescription Fees: There is a fee of $2.95 (inc 10% gst)* per script created and charged to a client.
07.The Medechat monthly fee includes 20 hours of video time per month.
08.Excess video fees over 20 hours usage per month are charged at $11 (inc 10% gst)* per hour.
